PhD candidate, UMC Utrecht
Farah is a PhD candidate at the department of biomedical sciences within UMC Utrecht focusing on innovation in biomedical education and implementation of translational research. She has a biomedical sciences degree from Utrecht University and is involved in many international initiatives revolving around new forms of education and creating measurable societal impact in the medical field. With her research Farah ultimately seeks to help bridge the gap between bench and bedside through changing the current research culture, shifting focus towards clearer societal gains, and re-thinking educational requirements.
Within the Co-Create course Farah is involved in course design, day-to-day organisation, and coaching.
